Benefits By Choice (BBC) implemented ICHRA makes it easy for employers to manage their Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA).


BBC makes the plan selection process easy with an intuitive, easy-to-use shopping platform and is available to assist through the application process. 


Ongoing support is also available to employees year-round by phone. 


BBC helps employees facilitate their monthly premium payments using an assigned CompletePay account that is funded by the employer. 


This account enables employees to set up recurring payments to their carrier using the funds provided by their employer. 


For Medicare enrollees, ICHRA funds will be deposited directly into the employer-sponsored bank accounts.
